The traditional verification methods :
1.The verification process is cumbersome and affected by human factors. Use ordinary standard measuring instruments to perform manual verification. The verification results depend on the professional level of the verification personnel. All data measurements are performed manually, and data errors are greatly affected by human factors.
2. Inspectors work hard and work efficiency is low. The whole process requires 2~3 special personnel to cooperate. The verifier needs to read the liquid level through visual inspection, use a thermometer to measure the temperature of the muzzle and the inside of the device, and manually calculate the corresponding results and errors through the formula, and then fill in the original paper record in. The detection speed is slow, and the detection results cannot be issued on-site.
3. Record storage is paper-based, which is not convenient for effective management. Data usage and record management are troublesome.
Automatic dispenser verification system developed by OKet®
The automatic nozzle verification device can realize automatic measurement during the calibration process. Under the premise of fully guaranteeing accuracy and repeatability, it reduces the requirements for operators and does not require measurement training.
Based on the standard metal gauge, temperature and liquid level detection sensors are added to collect real-time data and automatically calculate the accuracy of the oil gun. Record use and storage:
●The verification result is stored in the form of verification report, including time, gas station name, oil gun number, etc., which is convenient for query;
●Support data export in the form of image sharing or Excel.
Automatic Nozzle Verification APP
The mobile APP is connected to the device via Bluetooth and can obtain each test data from the device. After multiple tests, a verification report can be generated. The content of the verification report includes time, gas station name, nozzle number and temperature, altitude, and accuracy data. The record is stored on the mobile phone, and it supports exporting in the form of pictures and Excel.
